    • data concerning the stay and reservation,
    • data necessary to settle payments,
    • data included in correspondence addressed to the Data Controller,
    • technical data related to the use of the website, if collected by analytical tools or cookies.

§ 3. Purposes and legal bases of data processing

  • Personal data is processed in order to complete reservations and perform the agreement for the provision of accommodation services.
  • Data may be processed in order to take steps prior to entering into an agreement, at the request of the data subject.
  • Data is processed in order to handle online payments and accounting and tax settlements.
  • Data may be processed in order to contact the user, handle enquiries and examine complaints.
  • Data may be processed in order to pursue claims or defend against claims, on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
  • If the user gives separate consent, data may also be processed for marketing purposes, within the scope covered by such consent.
  • If legal provisions impose such an obligation on the Data Controller, data may also be processed in order to comply with legal obligations.

§ 4. Recipients of data

  • Data related to a reservation and the performance of the Agreement is stored for the period necessary to perform the Agreement, and then for the period required by law or until the limitation period for claims expires.

  • Data related to tax and accounting obligations is stored for the period required by law.
  • Technical and analytical data may be stored for the period resulting from the settings of the tools used on the website.

  • Providing personal data is voluntary; however, to the extent necessary to make a reservation and perform the Agreement, it may be required.
