Booking and Stay Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making reservations, payments, cancellation and modification of reservations, submitting complaints, and the rules of stay at 64-200 Apartments, located at ul. 5 Stycznia 23a, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Poland.
§ 1. Service Provider details
- The Service Provider and owner of the property is PW MAXOIL Marek Żok, with its registered address at: Adamowo 89G, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Poland.

§ 2. Definitions
- Property – 64-200 Apartments located at ul. 5 Stycznia 23a, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Poland.
- Service Provider – PW MAXOIL Marek Żok.
- Guest – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit making a reservation or using a stay at the Property.
- Reservation – the act of selecting an apartment and the dates of stay, and providing the data necessary to conclude the agreement.
- Agreement – an agreement for the provision of accommodation services concluded between the Guest and the Service Provider.
- Payment System – an external online payment operator, in particular Przelewy24, through which online payments are processed.
§ 3. Scope of services
- The Service Provider provides short-term accommodation services in apartments located in Wolsztyn.
- The Property offers:
- two apartments intended for a maximum of 6 guests each,
- one apartment intended for a maximum of 4 guests.
- Detailed information about the apartments, their equipment, available dates and prices is presented on the website and in the reservation system.
- Prices presented during the reservation process are gross prices, unless expressly stated otherwise.
§ 4. Reservation rules
- Reservations may be made through the property’s website using the reservation form and the integrated reservation system.
- Making a reservation requires:
- selecting an apartment and the dates of stay,
- providing the data required in the reservation form,
- reading these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy,
- accepting the documents required during the reservation process,
- making payment, if the selected offer requires a prepayment or full online payment.
- The Agreement is concluded when the reservation is confirmed by the reservation system or by the Service Provider.
- The reservation confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Guest.
- The Guest is obliged to provide true, complete and up-to-date data.
§ 5. Payments
- Payments for reservations may be made online through the Payment System.
- The available payment methods are presented to the Guest each time during the reservation process.
- The total price of the stay, including all mandatory price components, is provided before the reservation is placed.
- The payment is considered made when the Service Provider receives confirmation from the payment operator that the transaction has been correctly completed.
- If effective payment is not made within the time indicated during the reservation process, the reservation may be cancelled automatically.
- A document confirming the conclusion of the Agreement or payment is provided electronically, unless applicable law requires another form.
§ 6. Modification and cancellation of reservations
- The rules for modifying and cancelling reservations depend on the conditions of the offer indicated when the reservation is made.
- Unless the conditions of a given offer state otherwise, modifying or cancelling a reservation requires contacting the Service Provider by e-mail or telephone.
- If a given offer provides for a non-refundable prepayment or no possibility of free cancellation, this information is presented to the Guest before payment is made.

§ 7. Right of withdrawal from the agreement
- A reservation of a stay at the Property constitutes an agreement for the provision of accommodation services other than for residential purposes.
- If the Agreement concerns a specific day or period of stay, a Guest who is a consumer does not have the statutory right to withdraw from the agreement.
- Information on the absence of the right to withdraw from the agreement is provided to the Guest before the reservation is finalised.
§ 8. Conditions of stay
- Check-in and check-out times:
- check-in from 15:00 to 00:00,
- check-out from 00:00 to 12:00.
- Only persons included in the reservation may stay in the apartment, in a number not exceeding the maximum number of guests provided for the given apartment.
- The Guest is obliged to use the apartment in accordance with its intended purpose, the principles of social coexistence, and in a manner that does not disturb the stay of other persons.
- It is prohibited to:
- organise parties or gatherings that disturb order or peace,
- use the premises in a manner contrary to their intended purpose,
- exceed the maximum number of persons assigned to the given apartment.
- The Guest bears financial liability for damage caused by the Guest and by persons for whom the Guest is responsible.
- The Guest is obliged to immediately report any noticed defects, failures or irregularities.
- The Service Provider has the right to refuse further provision of services to a person who violates these Terms and Conditions, safety rules or the order of the Property, without the obligation to refund payment for the unused part of the stay, if the violation was attributable to the Guest.
§ 9. Liability
- The Service Provider is liable for the proper performance of the Agreement in accordance with applicable law.
- The Service Provider is not liable for non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement caused by force majeure or by the sole action or omission of the Guest.
- The Service Provider is not liable for items left by the Guest in the apartment, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
§ 10. Complaints
- The Guest has the right to submit a complaint concerning the reservation process, payment or stay.
- A complaint may be submitted:
- in writing to the registered address of the Service Provider,
- electronically to the e-mail address: apartamenty@64200.pl.
- The complaint should include:
- the Guest’s contact details,
- the reservation number, if assigned,
- a description of the reported objections,
- the Guest’s request.
- Complaints are examined without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of their receipt, unless mandatory provisions of law provide for a different time limit.
- The Guest will be informed of the outcome of the complaint on a durable medium, in particular by e-mail or in writing.
§ 11. Final provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of law shall apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code and provisions concerning consumer rights.
- These Terms and Conditions apply from the date of their publication on the Property’s website.
- The Service Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular due to changes in law, changes in the manner of providing services, changes in payment methods, or changes in the functionality of the reservation system.
- Reservations made before the amendments enter into force are governed by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the reservation was made.
