Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out the rules for modifying and cancelling reservations and for refunding payments for stays at 64-200 Apartments.
§ 1. General provisions
- This Policy applies to reservations made through the Property’s website, the reservation system and other channels indicated by the Service Provider.
- By making a reservation, the Guest accepts the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to the selected offer.
- The conditions of a specific offer presented during the reservation process take precedence over the general provisions of this Policy if different rules are expressly stated.
§ 2. Modification of a reservation
- A request to change the dates of stay, the number of guests or other material terms of the reservation requires contacting the Service Provider.
- A reservation may be modified only subject to apartment availability and may result in a change in price.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee that a reservation can be modified.
§ 3. Cancellation of a reservation
- The Guest may cancel a reservation by contacting the Service Provider by e-mail at apartamenty@64200.pl or by telephone at +48 573 206 132.
- A cancellation request should include at least:
- the first name and surname of the person who made the reservation,
- the reservation number,
- the dates of stay,
- a clear request to cancel the reservation.
- The cancellation date is the date on which the cancellation request is received by the Service Provider.
§ 4. Refund rules
- A refund is available only in cases provided for in the conditions of the selected offer, this Policy or applicable law.
- For a refundable offer, confirmation of the reservation requires payment of 100% of the total reservation price.
- If a reservation made under a refundable offer is cancelled no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the Guest is entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount paid.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation price. The remaining 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- If an offer is marked as non-refundable, cancellation of the reservation does not entitle the Guest to a refund of payments made, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
- If a specific offer provides for different cancellation or refund conditions, these conditions are presented to the Guest before payment is made, and the conditions of the specific offer take precedence over the general rules set out in this section.
- If the Guest is entitled to a refund, the funds are returned using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless the Guest expressly agrees to another method of refund.
- The refund is processed without undue delay, taking into account the processing time required by Przelewy24 and the Guest’s payment service provider.
§ 5. No-show and early departure
- If the Guest fails to arrive at the Property on the agreed date without having cancelled the reservation in advance or made other arrangements with the Service Provider, the reservation will be treated as unused.
- A Guest’s failure to arrive at the Property does not constitute grounds for a refund of payments made, unless the conditions of the specific offer or applicable law provide otherwise.
- If the Guest shortens the stay after the service has commenced, this does not constitute grounds for a refund for unused days, unless the Service Provider decides otherwise or applicable law imposes such an obligation.
§ 6. Cancellation of the stay by the Service Provider
- If the stay cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the Service Provider, the Guest will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- The refund will be made without undue delay, taking into account the time required for payment processing by the payment operator and banks.
§ 7. Right of withdrawal
- A reservation for a stay at the Property constitutes an agreement for the provision of accommodation services other than for residential purposes.
- Where a reservation concerns a specific date or period of stay, a Guest who is a consumer does not have the statutory right to withdraw from the agreement.
- The absence of a statutory right of withdrawal does not exclude the possibility of cancelling a reservation in accordance with the conditions of the offer or this Policy.
§ 8. Complaints concerning payments and refunds
- Any complaints concerning payments, charges or refunds may be submitted to the Service Provider by e-mail at apartamenty@64200.pl.
- The complaint should include information identifying the reservation and a description of the issue.
- Complaints are considered without undue delay, no later than within 14 days of receipt, unless applicable law provides for a different time limit.
§ 9. Final provisions
- This Policy supplements the Booking and Stay Terms and Conditions.
- In matters not regulated by this Policy, the conditions of the specific offer and generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.
- This Policy applies from the date of its publication on the Property’s website.
